Account & Data Deletion Request

If you would like to request deletion of your account or personal data from CRMO Care, please follow the instructions below. We will process all requests within 30 days.

How to submit a request

Send an email to info@crmo-care.app with the subject line Deletion Request and include the following:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Whether you are requesting account deletion, data deletion, or both
  • For child profile deletion: confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian on the account

What gets deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove:

  • Your account and login credentials
  • All symptom tracking data and check-in history
  • Child profiles and associated health records
  • Uploaded files and generated health reports
  • Voice recordings submitted via the check-in feature

What may be retained

In limited circumstances, some data may be retained after your request:

  • De-identified research data: If your data has been contributed to anonymized research datasets in a form that cannot be linked back to you, it cannot be removed.
  • Legal and compliance records: Records required by law or to resolve active disputes may be retained for up to 7 years.

Requests for child accounts

CRMO Care accounts for minors are managed by a parent or legal guardian. Only the verified account holder (parent/guardian) may submit a deletion request on behalf of a child profile. Please include confirmation of your role when submitting your request.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Symptom history, health reports, and all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
